Bi-Directional module Z-C3I-1.3-T-3-C series incorporates a 1.3 µm laser diode, an InGaAs photodiode (CATV/DBS), an InGaAs photodiode with TIA (Data) and a coupler. It is ideal for Fiber in the loop (FITL), OC-12 SONET and GigaBit Ethernet applications. This combination package reduces size, complexity and cost when compared to designs using separate laser diode and photodiode modules. Transmitted power and Responsivity are related through the implementation of a power splitter.
